Do you have your business plan together for 2013?

We all talk about our personal goals and New Year's resolutions this time of year but it is also the optimal time for a small business to establish a business plan for the new year.

A good business plan starts with a review of the past year and will include income, expenses and an honest analysis of what worked and what did not work for your business. An example, maybe a product did not sell well or a new service you added to your business added more income with very little expense. Now take a few minutes and write down your analysis of last year. You are now on your way to establishing a business plan.

Business planning does not have to be hard or time consuming. It is really quite simple...
